With Christmas just around the corner, let’s face it… it ain’t getting any warmer! Here are some warming and comforting products to keep you feeling snug this winter.

“Purple Baubles?!?!” I hear you cry with a bewildered look upon your faces. So, I know purple isn’t the most traditional of colours for the festive season. But after 24 years of red, green, gold and silver… I’m thinking purple isn’t looking too unappealing. Don’t get me wrong, I am a huge advocate of tradition. But as a Brit, I somehow associate chocolate with christmas (who doesn’t?) and I associate chocolate with Cadburys. These baubles and the Cadbury’s homely, nostalgic-y purple are one and the same. So why not mix it up this christmas with a sprinkle of indigo?

As for the rest of my choices, a night in on the sofa, slippers on, a cup of hot chocolate (or mulled wine..) to hand, next to the fire with your warm blanket-covered legs up on this beautiful Merton ottoman is just what the doctor ordered… both before and after the chaos of Christmas day.

Anyone else think those cat slippers are amiaozing?
