The Christmas spirit is definitely building up here at WeHeartHome. That’s why I’m sharing this red inspired Christmas interior I found via the fabulous Style At Home magazine.
This family home is modern and quite minimal with a calm backdrop using white and black and neutrals. I think it’s the perfect canvas for splashing red onto, don’t you think? Andrea, the homeowner says:
“You can make a lot of impact with a little red.”

Oh no, this is not my kind of Christmas decoration:(
I like the idea of red colour inspiration but there’s far too much of it here! A bit more subtle would be good.

Hey Tina, I totally agree, the whole interior isn’t really my style. However, I think it shows really well how an accent colour in a neutral space can change everything. I like to imagine the place without red … maybe replace the red with a nice, rich brown … after Xmas that is ;)
